Following our monthly meeting, we have made the following changes which will take effect from our August show for the remaining season:
9.30am - Clear Round
10.00 - Dog Jumping
10.30 - Class 2
11.00 - Class 3
11.45 - Class 4
12.30 - Clear Round
****Times are subject to numbers in each class but wont start before each of the above times.
Cross Pole Clear Round £2 per entry payable at the ring at the time of entry.
Class 1 Dog Jumping
A bit of fun with our other 4-legged friends to get us warmed up first thing. One round against the clock over a low course of jumps. Dogs to be on leads at all times. Entry fee £2.
Class 2 - Lead Rein Mini Jumping.
Not before 10.30am
A short course set over very low poles. Riders to be 9 years or under on 01.01.21. Ponies 12.2hh or under.
Class 3 - Newcomer Horse / Pony / Rider.
A course of cross poles and very low poles with no fillers to introduce newcomers to show jumping.
Competitors in this class may go on to compete in class 4 on the day, but not classes 5, 6 or 7. Please enter this class in the spirit it is intended. Help and encouragement given to all. Riders under 11 years may have an adult in the ring if needed. The results in this class will be split into junior and senior sections.
Not before 11.30am Classes 4 – 7, horses and ponies jump the first round, highest tied scores after the 1st round jump again in a jump off. Horses and ponies will compete together in each class but will be placed separately in their respective height category. Please declare when entering which section you are competing in. A pony must be 14.2hh or under. Horses & ponies may be ridden by riders any age so long as they are a suitable height & weight for the animal.
Class 4 - Very Novice Horses and Ponies 2ft.
Not exceeding 2ft in the first round. No fillers. For very novice horses or ponies and rider combinations not having won this class twice or more in previous years at Saddlers Riding Club.
To follow Clear Round The course will be set for class 4 at a height of 2ft and will not be adjustable. £2 per entry payable at the ring at the time of entry.
Winners during 2019 may continue to compete in this class all year. Please enter this class in the spirit it is intended.

Class 5 - Novice Horses and Ponies 2’3”.
Not exceeding 2’3” in the first round. Excludes competitors from classes 2 and 3. This class is kindly sponsored by Cavaletti Collection.
Class 6 - Intermediate Horses and Ponies 2’6”.
Not exceeding 2’6” in the first round. Excludes competitors from classes 2 and 3.
Class 7 - Open Horses and Ponies 2’9”.
Not exceeding 2’9” in the first round. Excludes competitors from classes 2, 3 and 4.
Class 8 - Novelty Jumping
A different class each month as follows:
May - Ride and Run
June - Pairs
July - Horse & Hound
August - Chase Me Charlie
September - Speed Class
October - Accumulator
